Our Story
Pup Cuts was founded in 2026 by Emily Dockman, a passionate dog lover who saw a need for convenient, stress-free grooming services. After years of watching her customer's dogs struggle with trips to traditional grooming salons, she decided to bring the salon to the pet — not the other way around.
Today, we serve a number of happy dogs and their owners across Tampa and St. Pete, providing top-quality grooming from the comfort of our fully-equipped mobile grooming van.
